We are two weeks into the new year. A lot of people are going strong with their New Years Resolutions. While others, I bet aren’t doing so well. I did not really set any formal resolutions. I’m still working on the same things as last year. Making healthier choices, having more fun, and not doing things I don’t want to do.
The transition from 2013 to 2014 did not exactly light a fire under my goals but something did. The other day I cam across the story of LaKeisha Shurn of Berkeley, CA. She went to the gym 100 days in a row and documenting her journey in video. It turns out there is this whole 100 days movement where people commit to doing something for 100 days. Inspired by LaKeisha’s story I have decided to join the movement.
Today I did my 3rd workout.
