This week’s baby making update is about my IVF egg retrieval.
Finally, after so much time preparing I had my IVF egg retrieval. It took so long to get there and now the procedure has come and gone. I mean seriously I spent weeks and weeks losing weight to meet the BMI requirement (I barely made it). I took supplements. I got approved for my loan to finance the IVF. I had to overcome a lot to get to the point of egg retrieval and then it was over in the blink of an eye. Actually it was over in about 25 minutes worth of eye blinking because the procedure really was that fast.
