Today is a big big day. Today we are celebrating 7 Years of Chasing Joy and the launch of my new program, Joy Makeover!!!
Seven years ago I started writing Chasing Joy with the idea that if I focused on happiness maybe I would feel happier. Well it worked. By focusing on Joy I completely changed my life and my outlook on life all together. I went from barely pulling myself out of bed because I was so down to barely pulling myself out of bed because super high thread count sheets are now part of my self-care routine, LOL. Seriously though over these last seven years I have changed my outlook on life and learned some really important life skills. Life skills that have helped me navigate challenging times in my life like caring for my mom for three years while she battled lung cancer, working through the grief of losing her, and my on going struggle to become a mom (I am not claiming that infertility label).
