Happy 4th of July weekend! Happy Birthday America! I have my 4th of July outfit all ready. LOL Do you? This weekend I am headed out of town to celebrate with my friend and her family. It should be a fun time and I am really in need of a fun time after getting my updated fertility tests back from the clinic.
When I started my journey to become a single mother by choice I was about to turn 35. My FSH and AMH were in the normal range and my day 3 tests follicle count was over 20. Well now I am a few months past my 36th birthday and things have changed. Unfortunately they have not changed for the better.

I know these updated fertility tests are not the end all and be all but it is still daunting to see the numbers going the wrong way. God is the end all be all and only He can create life so I will stay faithful. In the meantime my plan is to take a mental break from worrying about what my ovaries are doing and enjoy this holiday weekend, have fun with my friend, and enjoy having Monday off from the day job.
I’d love some words of ecouragement right now. Do you have any advice for improving fertility? Have you had your FSH and AMH tests done? Do you know any success stories of women who had healthy pregnancies and babies who had an AMH close to mine? Also, what are you doing for the 4th of July? What do you think of my Independence day outfit? LOL
