I hope you had a good week. It was pretty good in this neck of the woods. I have been trying to get a little rest and enjoy the fact that the Chasing Joy Brunch & Learn in DC was a great success. I’ve also committed to my workout plan and am on day 6 of the 100 days of fitness challenge. I hope some of you will join me in a challenge
