Happy Friday Joy Chasers! Time flies so I hope you are having fun. It’s Friday again and time to link up one of your favorite older blog posts for the Flashback Friday link up.
Here are my favorite posts from last week’s Flashback:
- 3 Ways To Get Fresh Ideas shows how stepping back from a problem can help you see the solution.
- Janeane Davis shares the story of how she met her husband.
- Great advice on what to do when a Boss Attacks Employee’s Weight.
My flashback this week Joy Up in Smoke is about the conflicting emotions you can feel when wanting to others to make healthier decisions but also not wanting to nag or control them.
Now it’s time for you to join the fun. Add a link to one of your favorite oldie but goody posts in the linky below. Share your post on the Chasing Joy Facebook Page and use the hashtag #FlashbackFriday on Twitter to promote your Flashback posts. Visit AT LEAST TWO other flashback posts. If you link up early be sure to come back and checkout those who join the linky after you. Please leave a comment below saying why you selected your Flashback post and what you thought about the other Flashback posts.

Thanks so much for highlighting my post from last week. This week I linked-up my post about Gretchen Rubin’s book “The Happiness Project.” I included this post today, since it is one of the few posts I’ve written about happiness. In my “BE Strong” project – becoming a stronger person in my 50th year, my focus is more on inner strength than on happiness. On re-reading my post I feel I may have been too harsh. I’ve thought about Gretchen’s book quite a bit since reading it, so it definitely made an impression on me. Also, her message about getting control over my life is exactly what I’m trying to accomplish with my “BE Strong” project. Perhaps her book deserves a new post.

Can I really be the first post on this linky this week? Wowza!
Anyway, this blog post includes a link to a song I wrote. I hope you enjoy it. 🙂
