Happy Friday Joy Chasers!!! TGIF!! This weeks flashback Shower Sparked My Joy is about finding Joy even during difficult situations. That is often harder than it sounds. However, finding some sort of positive out of a bad situation often makes it not seem so bad after all. Tell me about a time when you were able to see the joy in a bad situation.
Now onto the Flashback. Flashback Friday it is where we Flashback to our older blog posts and linkup. You can also post a link to your Flashback post on the Chasing Joy Facebook Page. Flashback Friday is a great way to rediscover our earlier works and discover some new blogs. So pick your link and add it below. Use hashtags #FBF or #FlashbackFriday on twitter to advertise your Flashback post.
Now add your link below but be sure to check out AT LEAST TWO other Flashback posts. Might I suggest the ones listed before and after your post. Please leave a comment saying why you selected your Flashback post and what you thought about the other Flashback posts. I’m looking forward to reading all of your Flashbacks.
Don’t forget to grab the new I am Chasing Joy and Flashback Friday buttons!

Hi All!
I wrote about a funeral which was sad, of course, but led to some unexpected joy, as well.
I look forward to everyone else's posts! 🙂

Thank you for reminding me to flashback this Friday. I decided to add my post about Tiny Tower, a game I thought I was through with months ago, but picked up again a couple of weeks ago. I love it, it cracks me up and it is a COMPLETE AND UTTER WASTE OF MY TIME!!! It is really funny for me to read the post from the day I started down this dark and dangerous path.

Thanks for another nice friday morning with my cup of coffee and some blog reading. Your Twitter reminders are perfectly timed!
I poked in to see Brittany, The Butterfly Mom, and was promptly lured in to follow her on Pinterest. I have a pretty popular board of Made in USA items, but I clearly could be embracing Pinterest with more zeal. She has done a lovely job and you should check her boards out.
Then I cruised over to read at Dishwater Dreams about karate. Great post! My kids take classical guitar and we practice every day, no matter what, even if it is just, "go play something on your guitar, anything" because it takes out the debate of should we/shouldn't we practice. I don't know if they will grow up to be musicians, but I do hope that they will grow up knowing that if they want to learn something or excel at something, all it takes is daily practice. Sounds like your son has reached that conclusion with his karate studies – well done! I wanted to write all of this in the comments, but since it was a flashback, comments were closed. So then I surfed over to her most recent post about the worst kinds of Facebook friends. I commented with a little rant on that topic and feel much better now. Ahh!! … Happy Friday! Going to get some work done now, but I will try to come around and visit more friends later today. -Sarah

Great idea! Being a middle child is not easy and our middle boy is no exception. We found so much help through a wonderful woman named Sharon Silver. This week's #flashbackfriday post discusses one of the seminars she offers that took us from drowning to treading water to now having our heads above water and breathing much easier! He is the sweetest boy and I am thankful everyday for Sharon's help! Check it out!!
