It looks so inviting and comfortable, so inviting. You are in the pool but not submerged. You can lay back and let your worries go adrift and let the relaxation wash over you. There’s only one problem. There is no graceful way to get on it. LOL
It if you climb on from the left it shoots from under you to the right. If you jump on top of it it, it will throw you off with equal force. If you slide on from the bottom it shoots out the top. It is qute the wrestling match.
But in the end, I won!!!
What do you consider the most relaxing part of your vacation?

I see your are no longer holding onto your drink while on your mat. The most relaxing part of any vacation for me is anything that keeps me from thinking about work. Obsessing about the office is probably the #1 reason that keeps me from chasing joy. I hope your vacation was a good one.

I'll admit that you'll never see me on one of those floaty things unless a team of handsome men are rescuing me from a sinking yacht or something. And since I don't know anyone with a yacht, I guess that makes the odds even greater that you won't see me on one of those things. Why? I can't ever get on the darn things!!

Ahhh sigh, that looks wonderful! I actually bought some blowup ones to bring with me to the beach. They are alright. But. you have to blow them up. Ehh. And then after you put all that effort into it, you have to deflate it to fit it back in my car. Way too much effort. This is the way to go!

The thing I love most about being on holiday is chilling out by the pool, with a great book, and a cold drink. But this year, after seeing your pics, I'll definitely be jumping in the pool with a lilo!

Hi, it's Just One Donna back to make my #commenthour comments. I really enjoy just sitting by the pool and relaxing. Perhaps a cocktail with an umbrella and an occasional dip in the pool. Ahhh….
Sarah says
Those things are impossible to get on! And then there is always some "friend" around that flips you over once you finally managed to get aboard!
I went on vacation with my parents, sisters and my son and the most relaxing part was the extra sleep I got with all the extra babysitters around!

Yeah, my parents have those exact same floats in their pool. You are correct that there is no graceful way to get on them. Geez!!! But it's so worth it once you do!

That is hilarious and so true yet no one talk about it! LOL #commenthour

For me it's relaxing by the water with a cold drink! Getting up on the float might be too much work, but it looks nice and relaxing once you're up there! 😉

Next week I'll be vacationing with my children. I can't wait! Relaxing? I actually love driving…

I have the same trouble with an innertube on a river. I dunk myself multiple times before I get it right!
