The waiting game for this cycle is almost over, but not yet. So I still don’t have anything too exciting to report for my baby making update as I wait to start monitoring for cycle 9 and my 5th IUI. So, to keep my focus on doing all that I can to get preggers and have a healthy experience, after starting weekly acupuncture, I went to see a nutritionist. This was not easy for me and I was really nervous I have had weight issues since about 5th grade and tried everything (nothing unhealthy though). Honestly meeting the nutritionist made me a little sad but it was still good and I ‘m glad that I went. I talk about it in detail in the video below.

I haven't went to one… I feel like I would get a lecture on not eating right, sort of like the dentist where they give the flossing lecture.

I have never been to a nutritionist but I think I could benefit from it. It can be hard to change your diet, but it will be worth it when you have a baby!

I did see a nutritionist when I was pregnant with my first, only because there were so many questions and things I didn't know about pregnancy. This was well before the internet. I am glad to hear you are consulting with a specialist that can hopefully work in your benefit in the baby making department. Wishing you lots of luck!
