It’s Monday again. I know, where did the weekend go? It’s amazing how the weekend is always too short.
Well lets make the best of Monday by setting some goals for the week. Here are a few of mine.
- Get my yearly total for fitness minutes over 1550.
- Be in bed by 12:30.
- Continue to work in more whole grains, fruit, calcium sources, and leafy green vegetables.
- Remember my prenatal vitamin.
- practice some stress reducing techniques such as deep breathing and visualization.
