Happy Monday!
On Monday I tend to think about and therefor write about goals. It is the beginning of the work week, a fresh start, clean slate, and all that. So, the focus is usually on what I can do to have a good and joyful week.
This week I am setting some blogging goals. I have not been doing that lately and I need too. I’m also continuing with my month long VEDA goal. Veda is Vlog Everyday August. I have already missed a few days. The goal is to not give up on the month and keep the Vlogs coming (please give my suggestions). Lastly I have some health goals like continuing to work on my 10,950 minutes of fitness goal. I talk a little about where I am with that goal and show you a little of my workout in the VEDA video below.
Do you set goals every week? When you set them do you keep them to yourself or do you share them? If you share them I’d love to hear what you are working on this week.
Have a great Make It Happen Monday. Let’s set a goal and make it happen.
VEDA always sounds like it's fun, haven't ever done it but I may try it someday. It's almost like those periscope scope daily challenge – nerve racking! LOL
This is great, I need to get into a work out and do more activity. Really need it. Now that school is starting and I am changing my work stuff up – I should add a morning exercise routine for kids and me .. something we both can do. Good luck with your efforts, you can do this!
I had not heard of a Veda until now! I am not very comfortable in front fo the camera, so this would be difficult for me. I need to set goals. I don't right now.
Setting goals is so important. my current goal is to get to the gym at least 4 times per week. So far so good 🙂
Workouts always are in my goals towards the beginning of the week. I wish I could complete them everyday though!
I am a goal setter, but I normally just keep myself accountable by writing them down. I like to set mini-goals that help build up to the bigger picture.
I set some goals but I've fallen off track! Keep up the good work!
I never heard of the VEDA challenge before. Yes, I set goals but usually just keep it to myself. I tell myself all the things that needs to be done and work on completing them each week.
I admire you for vlogging everyday in August. I didn't even attempt. It is hard work… Good Job… I do set goals every week… That is how I gauge my productivity… If I can get myself to go for a walk 3 days a week I would be happy…
I think setting goals each week is a great idea. I need to do this more.
When I used to make YT videos I did VEDA! I will have to watch along with your vlogs.
Now that school is starting I will have more time and will be setting new goals for myself.
I set daily and weekly goals for myself, which include both fitness and healthy eating. They really help me stay motivated and positive.
I love setting daily goals, it helps keep me on track!
I think the daily goal is a great one. It gets easier once it becomes routine.
I like setting goals. It feels good when you get it done.
It's great that you're setting good goals for yourself and its awesome that your mom is coming to the gym too. I set goals in a way. I use my calendar a lot! I don't specifically outline goals but adding some fitness goals to my calendar could help me a lot.
I always love a good challenge. I've never heard of VEDA, excited to hear your results.
I don't set goals every week but I probably should. I've been slacking a lot lately and I think if I made goals I think I'd get a lot more accomplished! – Jeanine
Setting goals each week sounds like a great idea. I need to start doing this.
I'm a big fan of setting goals. I set weekly goals with daily goals as a way to get the weekly goals accomplished.
Aww, I have never heard of the VEDA challenge before, but I love that you are doing it. I can't wait to see what else you vlog about this month….even if it's not everyday 🙂
Hey I' e never done a Veda. Maybe I should start. Currently I'm I. The midst of Half Marathon Training for the Diva Half. So I am running three days per week, using kettlebells for strength training and yoga. Visiting you for the #FitFaith Link Up!
