Stopping Breastfeeding.
Hormones are crazy! I’m not used to blaming my hormones for my actions but I have no other explanation. Baby Joy Chaser is almost 9 months old now and I’m having a hard time stopping breastfeeding.
Technically I have been pumping breast-milk for the baby for almost 9 months. He stopped latching when he was 2 days old. Pumping is not fun. It has been a challenge from the beginning. Actually, it took me weeks to get up to pumping 10 oz a day. It is time consuming. Honestly, really hard to do while looking after a baby by yourself, especially one who is crawling and walking. So why have I been having a hard time giving it up when it really is no longer working with my lifestyle???
