This is my Social Media status for today. It’s been 10 years since my dad died. Unbelievable! It is still heartbreaking. But I don’t feel it every day all day anymore. I can’t say time has healed this wound but it has lessend the blow.
If you are struggling, deep in the midst of grief, hang in there. It will get better. Lean into your support syatem. Take advantage of therapy. Hold stron to your faith. Lastly give yourself permission to Chase Joy.
