Do you know what limiting beliefs are? I didn’t until I started learning about the Law of Attraction this past summer. Limiting beliefs are negative things that we believe about ourselves, our circumstances, or life in general. Limiting beliefs get in the way of Asking, Believing, and Receiving the joy you want in life.
The tricky thing about limiting beliefs is that they are often so ingrained in us that we don’t even realize we are thinking them. However, once we identify these thoughts we can counter them with positive thoughts and limit our limiting beliefs:
Here are 6 limiting beliefs that have been depriving me of joy.
- I am too fat for…
- I am not interesting enough for…
- My home / car are not good enough for…
- Life is hard
- I don’t know enough to….
- I am not good or deserving enough for…
I’m sure there are other limiting beliefs that pop up from time to time, but these are most common for me. Now that I’ve identified them I can focus on changing them into positive thoughts.
- I am beautiful.
- I am an interesting woman.
- My home / car are blessings.
- Life is full of beautiful things and experiences.
- I am smart and a fast learner.
- I am blessed by God’s grace not by my own deserving.

I've never been this size in my life is my limiting belief right now. However, I have recently been training my mind to become more aware of who I really am, Blessed and Unique in my own right.
I now am trying to get slimmer for health reasons and nothing else. I just don't feel the same physically.

I love this! One of mine lately has been I can't do that cause I have kids…..
