Baby Making Update: Embryo Transfer #3
They day has finally come. I am ready to share how my third embryo transfer procedure went. My first transfer was right after the IVF egg retrieval. They call that a fresh transfer. My next transfer was back in the spring before I went to Cuba. With that one a frozen embryo from my IVF was thawed and transferred into my uterus. Both were negatives.
I was crushed after the 2nd transfer. It marked 2 years since I started trying. I was really doubting if this journey would work for me. I considered giving up on getting pregnant on m own. Nevertheless, I decide to keep going after praying on it. I did take a long break for vacation, tests, and to tweak the plan.
Finally the day came! I had my transfer back in August. My videos are delayed for privacy and so that I can process my feelings before sharing everything online. Everything went well. Overall it was a good day. But see for yourself.
