Ok… so it's late Saturday night… a little late for a Friday link up ;-/ I decided to link a blog about an activity that is fun… my kids love it (especially when they were younger).
Thanks for the invite. I used a post in which I talked about another gray hair. I found it timely as I continue to look at those few strands of gray hair again this morning….wondering what to do? Enjoy!

I love hearing that women are dancing in front of their mirrors naked! I have only done it a couple of times but it can be so powerfully transforming. Thank you for reminding me of this wonderful activity.
I chose Love and Compassion starts on the inside because if we have love for ourselves it will spread out to the world.
