Guess how old my ovaries are. Here is a hint I am 36 but my ovaries aren’t.
So I finally went to talk to my doctor about my test results. They were not good. My fertility picture is not looking as good as it was a year ago but I had not actually gotten the doctor’s perspective. Check out the video below to see what she said and to find out how old my ovaries are.

Finally got to watch the video. Dang it ovaries stop rushing stuff! Keep your chin up and work hard towards your goal. You can go this. I had t lose 40 pounds before I started my IUI( personal choice) I wanted to be at a lower weight especially being a single mom by choice, I had to do all the things for this baby. I did it by eating Keto and Paleo plus crossfit. Give them a try . It really does work! Chin up and keeping moving in the right direction
