My upper back, arms and butt are sore and stiff. My hair style is not lasting as long as it used to. And, I have way too much laundry (thanks to gym clothes). I know what your thinking, I thought this was Feel Good Friday. It is and I do. Today I feel good because I completed my strength training workout. Which means, I have not missed a Strength Training Workout in the last 4 week. Yay me!!!

I have struggled with my weight since puberty. Not feeling as healthy, strong, or cute as I like has definately put distance between myself and Joy.

Happy Flashback Friday. Good post. I know my body is my temple and should be a reflection of my respect for it and my God so I have been kicking up my exercise. I have lost 45 pounds in the last 9 months. Now if I can just learn how to put together a matching outfit, I will be the bomb!
