Sandy! Such a nice name for such a terrible storm. I am feeling really blessed this Flashback Friday. Sandy passed by me without causing any trouble. A few blocks from my house, somebody’s car was completely totaled when a huge tree branch fell on it. The TV footage of NJ and NY is horrible. My prayers go out to those people who have lost so much.
Speaking of prayers, today’s Flashback Friday post, The Joy of Hurt, Continued, is about my prayers being answered and my dog making it through his tumor removal surgery. God has been answering my prayers for my pets continuously. They are all doing well almost two years later. Check out the post about my Hurty and leave some comments about how your pets bring you joy.
If this is your first Flashback here is the deal. Flashback Friday is a great way to re-discover our earlier works and discover some new blogs. Flashback Friday is where we Flashback to our older blog posts and give them new life through the power of the linky! Just pick out your link and add it below. You can link to any post you like the theme does not have to match my own post. Feel free to post a link to your Flashback post on the Chasing Joy Facebook Page so more Joy Chasers can access it. Use hashtags #FBF or #FlashbackFriday on twitter to advertise your Flashback post. Add your link below and be sure to check out AT LEAST TWO other Flashback posts. I suggest the two listed before your post to make it easy. Please leave a comment saying why you selected your Flashback post and what you thought about the other Flashback posts. I’m looking forward to reading all of your Flashbacks.
*Don’t forget to grab the I am Chasing Joy and Flashback Friday buttons!
**Also invite some of your blogging buddies to join the Linky too!

Hi, glad that you are ok, let's keep those affected in our thoughts and prayers. I remember last year in Grenada sitting and waiting for a bad storm and thinking the worst. Luckily it diverted from the island at the last minute, sadly some neighbouring islands had some damage and loss of life.
This week my Flashback post is ways to exercise with a baby at your side, particularly if you don't have a great support network.
Supporting you in getting your fitness and nutrition back on track

Sorry if you are getting this twice. I am not sure where my other comment went. I keep hearing so much about the devastation in NY and NJ and didn't realize that PA was affected too. I am glad that you are ok. I live in Hartford and other than power outages we weren't hit that hard. In anycase, I shared my post from yesterday. I wrote about forgiveness.
