Here are some of my goals for the week.
Health
- Work out 3 more days this week.
- Eat veggies with lunch and dinner every day.
- Start getting ready for bed at 11pm.
Blogging
- Announce the Winners of the No Negative Self-Talk T-Shirt Giveaway.
- Spread the word about the November Gratitude Challenge.
- Keep up with NaBloPoMo.

Great goals for the week! I don't necessarily set goals each week, but I do make to do lists which is honestly basically the same thing.
