Happy Friday Joy Chasers!
I don’t know about you but I am glad it is Friday, TGIF!!! This has felt like the longest week ever.
Before we jump into the #FlashbackFriday linky I have an announcement. Last week I told you I joined the Neon Fresh DietBet game and will split the pot of money (now over $10,000) with everyone who loses 4% of their body weight if I also lose 4%. Things are going well so far. It is challenging as eating healthy, fruit instead of cake, has always been challenging for me. But I think it’s going to get just a little bit easier. My announcement is that I am now an eMeals Blogger. eMeals provides meal plan menus and grocery lists for healthy home cooked meals for a variety of dietary plans including low carb, paleo, and vegetarian. I am excited to start using the eMeals plans. You can expect future posts about some of my favorite meals and updates on how eMeals helps me to be more organized.
- Duped By Pottery Barn’s Aggressive Marketing Campaign really makes you think about why we shop or don’t shop at certain stores.
- Fitnessbuster by Gillian Stephen offers us 5 ways to reduce fat in our diet and waistline.
My Flashback this week is Make It Happen Monday: Joy Board. This post had me getting a little crafty. This was a fun way to create a visual of my goals. I need to do it again.

There are so many exciting things going on in your life! I am looking forward to seeing how you do with the weight loss challenge and what you learn as an eMeals blogger. It is always nice to read about your wonderful accomplishments.

Thanks as always for hosting the #FlashbackFriday! I went with the "goals" theme and linked up to my post looking at how well I did meeting my 30 before 31 goals (only so-so, as it turns out).
