Hey Joy Chasers,
It’s that time again. Time to revisit some of our older posts for the Flashback Friday Linky!!! But, before we get into that I want to remind you that early bird ticket prices for the Chasing Joy Brunch & Learn end tomorrow. They go to regular price on Sunday 3/17. The purpose of the lunch is to take my pursuit of Joy off line and into real life. I’ve invited speakers to share their path to a happier life with us. We will be discussing finding our passion and how we define success. We’ll also have a few giveaways, networking opportunities and good food. I hope to see many of you local Philadelphia Joy there. Get your tickets now while they are discounted. You can read more about our speakers and sponsors on the Events page. Go to Eventbrite to Register and get your tickets!
Now back to the Flashback. Here are my favorites from last weeks link up:
The link Hanifah Munadi is about maintaining creativity in the education system.
The Link Lisa is all about the different blogging communities you can join.
Fitness by Gillian Stephen gives us a great guide on what fitness routines we should be doing in our 20s, 30s, 40s, and beyond.
My Flashback this week is my first video blog in honor of my 100th post!!!
What is your Flashback post about? Pick out your link for Flashback Friday and add it below. Link to any post you like of any theme you want. Then post a link to your Flashback post on the Chasing Joy Facebook Page so more Joy Chasers can read it. Use the hashtag #FlashbackFriday or #FBF on twitter to promote your Flashback posts. Then, make sure you check out AT LEAST TWO other flashback posts. I suggest the two links before your post to make it easy. If you link up early be sure to come back and checkout those who join the linky after you. Please leave a comment below saying why you selected your Flashback post and what you thought about the other Flashback posts.
Now, give your old post new life via the power of the linky!!!

Just remembered that I had a great post last year for St. Paddy's Day, so I thought I'd share that for this week's Flashback Friday. Cheers!
