Here is this week’s baby making update. If you are new to the blog here is a quick recap. A little over a year ago I decided to become a Single Mother by Choice. Since then I have had tests, selected a sperm donor, and then a new donor, and had 7 IUIs. I got pregnant one time but it unfortunately ended in miscarriage. There have been many ups and downs but I have not given up. Every Friday I give you guys an update on my journey to becoming a Single Mother by Choice. Last Friday’s video was my most recent pregnancy test results. The test was negative. The doctor mentioned me taking a break from trying to focus on weight loss which really upset me. This week’s video is about what’s the plan for trying to conceive now. Can I get started with the next cycle or will I have to wait??? Check out the video to see what’s the plan or if there is even a plan for my 12th cycle.
What are your thoughts? Do you think I should skip the cycle? What do you think about the “I” word???

You decide how long you want to stay on this ride. I became an infertility guru. I saw every video read every article. It wont happen till God says no matter how well inform ed I am. When I realized that I calmed myself and started focusing on plan b and c while working on plan A.
Get..Read the book instant mom by nia vardalos..hope im spelling it right. She is the big fat greek wedding actress. Humor does help on this journey. She did ivf 12 or 14 times I think.

Water and lowfat milk with the meal of course

The healthy foods were my main meals. I ate to fullness….asked self H hungry…A angry. L lonely or Ttired.
I tried to wait 20 min for second serving….usually not hungry by then.
I walked more. Used to do fit videos but walking is easier for me.
And no in between meal eating unless absolutely necessary. These things helped me. Im trying to lose another 5 or 10 lbs at a time. Been pretty steady with the 9 lbs lost. Feel free to try or not.
Another thing…I mixed my sweet drinks soda and juice with half as seltzer water.

sure I ate other foods based on my cravings but in moderation. Those were my main meals.
Limit bread and soda…most meals I just had water or lowfat milk.
Hunger attack? Then I had crackers and cheese or peanut butter and crackers. 2 slices cheese and 8 -10 crackers not whole sleeve….or 2tablespoons peanut butter..or .. half cup cottage cheese with half cup of fruit.

21 day fix videos or meal prep videos have great meal ideas
Ideas…Cottage cheese and peaches or PB and apples…Broccoli and chicken….boiled eggs or chickenwith salad….beans and cornbread….sweet potatoes and chicken.
Im not promoting the colored plastic containers just the idea of trying different food combos for flavor and fullness.
I agree with you on the definition….6 mos trying on your own…1 year trying on your own after 35years old . They just want to move you to the IVF step.
