This week I am having a an adventure. I am doing something that is way out of my comfort zone. If you saw my instagram post then you know I get sick of pushing myself out of my comfort zone but I also know that it is necessary. This adventure, pushing the limits of my comfort zone, involves a boy and I am so so nervous. In the last week I have had so many body image issues that I thought I had conquered rise to the surface. My anxiety has been super high and my confidence has felt at an all time low. This is no good! NO BUENO! I need a confidence boost. I need to a confidence boost for my own piece of mind. I need a confidence boost to enjoy interacting with boys so that I don’t have any negative self talk messing things up with.
I decided I needed to take my own advice and do a quick refresher course on what I’ve previously written. I decided to share the list because I know I’m not t he only one than occasionally needs a confidence boost.
