For today’s post I decided to cover a topic where I have been slacking. Today I’m shouting out people who I am proud of and who inspire me for Way To Go Wednesday. I used to be really good about celebrating my friends, family, fellow bloggers, etc every Wednesday on Facebook. Lately my presence on Facebook has been decreasing and right along with it my Way to Go Wednesday shout outs. ** Side noted, I miss the days when my Facebook timeline was full of jokes, inspiring quotes, pictures of my friends kids and other happy things. Lately it has been less than joyful, hence the decrease in my presence there** So back to Way to Go Wednesday, I need to get back spreading joy and shouting out my friends.
Without further ado, today I’m saying way to go to….
D7ana – Way to go Dana for leaving me one of the most thoughtful and encouraging comments on my blog post about becoming a single mom. This is one of the biggest, scariest, and what I expect to be best decisions of my life. I would be dishonest to say that I don’t have doubts. Dana’s comment was exactly what I needed and it was right on time. Dana blogs at A Philly Collector of Playscale Dolls and Action Figures
My mom – Way to go to my mom for being awesome and supporting me in the things that are important to me. This means so much especially because she is not one of those mom’s who gives false praise or encourages things just for the sake of encouragement. It means a lot to have her in my corner.
Janelle – Way to go to Janelle for climbing 100 flights of stairs in support of the American Lung Association. Janelle normally inspires with her regular posts about training or various races. However 100 flights was even outside of her normal comfort zone. She had not trained or it but still successfully completed all of the flights in support of the cause. Janelle blogs at Run With No Regrets.
Way To Go Guys!!!
If you want to publicly acknowledge someone feel free to tell them way to go on the Chasing Joy FB Page.
